Mira joined the Bali wedding industry in 2013. The work was constant — three weddings a week, sometimes more. She learned every part of the job: vendor coordination, on-site logistics, decoration setup, the hundred small things that go wrong on a wedding day and the hundred ways to fix them quietly before anyone notices.

But after five years, something kept bothering her. Couples were spending the most important day of their lives with a planner who was juggling two other weddings the same weekend. The pace left no room to design something specific to them. Every event blurred into the next.

So in 2018, Mira left and started Mira Mi Bali Wedding with one rule: a maximum of fifteen weddings a year. Not fifteen a month. Fifteen a year. That number is the whole point.

It means Mira can sit with each couple long enough to understand what they actually want. It means the decoration is built around their story, not pulled from a catalogue. It means on the wedding day, Mira is at their venue — not splitting attention across three other events across the island.

Twelve years in. Couples from Australia, Ireland, Norway, the Philippines and Indonesia have celebrated with us. The cap stays at fifteen.
