One flat fee. Covers the full pre-wedding process, the week leading up to the day, and a complete on-site team for the wedding itself.

Event Rundown & Itinerary
Develop the rundown and itinerary in consultation with you and the vendors. All details finalised well in advance of the wedding date.
The Week Before

Liaise with venue management and all wedding service providers to ensure a smooth final rundown.

Hold a final meeting with all wedding service providers to confirm every detail.

On-site support during the wedding rehearsal at the venue.
Wedding Day
7am — midnight-

Full-Day Team Availability
Professional Mira Mi Bali Wedding team on standby from 7am to midnight, overseeing the ceremony, reception and pre-wedding events.

Event Coordination
Coordinate venue and vendors from preparation through to event close. Smooth execution across ceremony, reception and pre-wedding activities.

Service Provider Management
Organise and ensure all service providers arrive and operate on schedule.

Issue Resolution
Address and manage any issues with vendors during the wedding event — quietly, before they reach you.

Guest Transportation
Organise transportation logistics for guests from hotel to venue. Note: vehicle provision not included.

Weather Contingency
Coordinate adjustments or relocation due to bad weather, including availability and management of backup venues.
