I specialize in offering a unique "month-of" wedding planning service for couples who have finalized their plans and need expert assistance in executing them flawlessly. WEDDING PLANNER & ORGANIZER fee is IDR 30.000.000,-
This price includes:

Pre-Wedding Service
1. **Budget Preparation:** Oversee the development and management of the wedding budget.

2. **Selection and Hiring:** Identify, select, hire, and arrange payment for wedding professionals and service providers, including:
   - Venue
   - Catering services
   - Hair and makeup
   - Decoration
   - Photography
   - Videography
   - Entertainment
   - Sound and lighting
   - Accommodation
   - Transportation
   - Other related services

3. **Vendor and Venue Coordination:** 
   - Liaise with all vendors and venue management regarding logistics and event scheduling.
   - Develop a comprehensive itinerary.
   - Schedule pre-wedding appointments such as venue inspections, vendor meetings, food tastings, and hair and makeup trials.

4. **Prepare the Event Rundown and Itinerary:** Develop the rundown and itinerary for the wedding event in consultation with the wedding couple and selected vendors, ensure that all details are finalized well in advance of the wedding date.

1-7 Days Prior to Wedding Day

1. **Coordinate Activities:** Liaise with venue management and various wedding service providers to ensure a smooth rundown of logistics and event scheduling.

2. **Conduct Final Meeting:** Hold a final meeting with all wedding service providers.

3. **Assist with Wedding Rehearsal:** Provide support during the wedding rehearsal at the venue.

Wedding Day

1. **Team Availability:** A professional wedding event team from Mira Mi Bali Wedding will be on standby from 7 a.m. to midnight, overseeing the entire event, including both the ceremony and reception as well as pre-wedding events.

2. **Event Coordination:** Coordinate with the venue and vendors from preparation through to the completion of the event, ensuring smooth execution of the ceremony, reception, and pre-wedding activities.

3. **Service Provider Management:** Organize and ensure all service providers are punctual.

4. **Issue Resolution:** Address and manage any issues with vendors involved during the wedding event.

5. **Guest Transportation:** Organize transportation for guests from the hotel to the wedding venue (note: vehicle provision is not included).

6. **Weather Contingency:** Coordinate any necessary adjustments or relocation of events due to bad weather, including availability and regulation of backup venues.


NB :On the wedding day, the professional wedding team from Mira Mi Bali Wedding will include the following roles:

1. **Person in Charge (PIC)**
2. **Bride Assistant**
3. **Groom Assistant**
4. **Family Assistants** (for both the bride's and groom's families)
5. **Decoration Handler**
6. **Sound System and Lighting Handler**
7. **Food and Beverages Coordinator**
8. **Floor Assistant**
